the location is very close to the san marco garage i was happy about that. the room was very clean with a spacious bathroom i could relax. all the necessary information was sent in advance so i knew how to access the building with electronic codes.
there was no reception which was disappointing because i had questions. the airconditioning was loud i found it annoying. the lights flickered a little it bothered me.

This location is GREAT, just a short walk from the bus and train terminals. Getting around was super easy! The room itself was modern and spacious, with awesome views of the canal. The woman at breakfast was so nice. The service was really prompt and excellent!
The street was not very well lit at night, I would have felt more comfortable if it was brighter. The bathroom lacked a waste basket, a bit inconvenient.

The rooms were clean, tidy, and modern! Adjusting the heater's temperature was easy, a great feature for personal comfort. Toiletries and fresh towels were provided. The heated towel rack was a real treat !!!

inconsistent hot waterwarm room
the air conditioning was not very cold. i communicated with the staff about how to try and make it colder. there were no options to do that. i know that it was very hot out, but it was still very warm in the room and uncomfortable. additionally, there were issues with getting hot water in my shower.

the location is very convenient, near the city entrance. I was able to easily access the train station. I found the smart hotel system efficient. The host responded very promptly via whatsapp, which i appreciated. I could store my luggage before check-in.
the shower water pressure was somewhat slow, making it a bit difficult to shower efficiently
